Responsibilities
- Supervise and control all activities of the HR department, assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor performance of HR team members
- Oversee end to end HR operations for bike riders, car drivers, and white collar employees including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, medical insurance, leave management, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law, MOHRE regulations, WPS governance, and medical insurance requirements
- Lead and manage MOHRE inspections, audits, and investigations
- Act as the final internal checkpoint before HR matters are escalated to management
Requirements
- Extensive experience in managing HR for logistics, delivery services, transportation, FMCG, manpower outsourcing, or high volume workforce environments
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, MOHRE regulations, and WPS governance
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS/attendance systems
- Experience in payroll coordination, performance KPI tracking, and disciplinary case handling
- Leadership and team supervision skills

Core Duties & KPIs
- HR Department Leadership & Supervision: Supervise and control all activities of the HR department; assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor performance of HR team members; ensure HR team compliance with policies, timelines, and quality standards; act as the final internal checkpoint before HR matte
- Workforce HR Operations (Riders, Drivers & Staff): Oversee end to end HR operations for bike riders, car drivers, and white collar employees; ensure proper execution of recruitment and onboarding, documentation and employee records, medical insurance coordination, leave and workforce status manageme
- Compliance, Legal & MOHRE Oversight: Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law, MOHRE regulations, WPS governance (oversight only), medical insurance requirements; lead and manage MOHRE inspections, audits, and investigations
Additional Requirements
- Must have extensive experience in managing, preferably in logistics, delivery services, transportation, FMCG, manpower outsourcing, or high volume workforce environments
