We are hiring a
Financial Controller
to lead the end-to-end finance function for a diversified group based in Abu Dhabi.
This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO, offering strong exposure across a multi-entity portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead group financial reporting, consolidation, and month-end close (IFRS)
- Oversee M&A accounting, valuations, and investment portfolio management
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Strengthen financial controls, audit, and compliance frameworks
- Manage banking relationships, treasury, and capital allocation
- Ensure UAE Corporate Tax and VAT compliance
- Partner with leadership and deliver board-level financial insights
• CA And ACCA And CPA (mandatory)
- 12–15 years’ experience, including Big 4 background
- Strong experience in group finance within a UAE-based multi-entity environment
- Expertise in IFRS, consolidation, and M&A accounting
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
