- Manage the daily operations of the Group Exercise department
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise Group Exercise Instructors
- Design and implement engaging group fitness class timetables
- Ensure all classes are delivered to the highest quality and safety standards
- Monitor instructor performance and conduct regular evaluations
- Develop new fitness programs and seasonal class offerings to increase member engagement
- Work closely with Membership Sales and Marketing teams to promote GX programs
- Maintain class attendance reports and analyze participation trends
- Ensure all equipment and studios are clean, safe, and well maintained
- Handle member feedback and resolve concerns professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a GX Manager, Group Exercise Coordinator, or similar role within the fitness industry
- Previous experience working in a gym, health club, or fitness center
- Immediate joiners preferred

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and energetic Group Exercise (GX) Manager to lead and develop our Group Exercise department.
Key Responsibility

Salary
- AED 7,000 – 8,000/month
