- Manage daily group exercise operations and studio schedules
- Plan and coordinate group fitness classes based on member preferences and industry trends
- Ensure high quality delivery of all fitness programs and services
- Maintain class attendance records and monitor member engagement
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate group fitness instructors
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings
- Ensure all instructors maintain valid fitness certifications
- Create a positive and motivating environment for members
- Handle member feedback and resolve concerns professionally
- Promote group fitness programs, challenges, and special events to improve participation
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of fitness studios and equipment
- Follow all health and safety regulations as per UAE standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of fitness industry experience in the UAE
- Experience in group exercise management or fitness supervision preferred
- Certified Group Fitness Instructor (ACE, REPs UAE, NASM, AFAA, Les Mills, or equivalent)
- Valid CPR/AED certification
- Immediate joiners preferred

Role Overview
- We are looking for a passionate and experienced Group Exercise Manager to oversee and manage all group fitness activities within our fitness facility in the UAE.
- The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and hands on experience in managing group exercise programs and fitness instructors.
Key Responsibility Group Fitness Operation
- Manage daily group exercise operations and studio schedules.
