Role Overview
We re seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer to join our senior leadership team on-site in Dubai.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the CMO will be a strategic partner.
You will drive measurable business growth through OOH marketing, PR campaigns, and performance marketing, aligning with our rapid expansion across the UK, Europe and Dubai.
You will play a critical role in leveraging AI in marketing and growth strategies, increasing market share, building brand awareness, and leading community engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy & Leadership: Shape and implement a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with business objectives, driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.
- Integrated Campaign Management: Lead the execution of multi-channel campaigns across PR, OOH, and digital platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and measurable performance.
- Brand & PR Leadership: Develop and execute brand strategy, managing public relations and media outreach to strengthen brand positioning and visibility.
- Community & Market Expansion: Drive initiatives that build and engage communities through partnerships, sponsorships, and strategic activations.
- Performance Marketing & Analytics: Oversee performance marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns are data-driven and AI optimised.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams across product, operations, and leadership to align growth initiatives with broader business goals.
Technical Skills
- Experience across digital marketing platforms and advertising channels
- Strong understanding of creative tools and marketing technologies
- Expertise in brand development and campaign execution
