Qualifications

• What you'll bring:
• 10+ Years Media Experience: Proven track record in a senior media owner, publisher, agency or brand marketing leadership roles.
• Omnichannel & Data Literacy: Strong operational understanding of Total TV, digital publishing, programmatic trading models, and first party data strategies.
• Commercial Acumen & Negotiation: Advanced deal structuring skills with a track record of driving complex high value commercial agreements.
• Modern Leadership Style: Demonstrated ability to coach, inspire, and lead multi-disciplinary teams through industry transformation and fast paced change.
• Strategic Problem-Solving: Ability to unpack complex client business challenges and translate them into measurable, ROI focused campaign solutions.
• Exceptional Communication: Executive presentation skills, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
