• As Group Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing business performance, supporting strategic initiatives, and enhancing operational efficiency across the portfolio.
• You will work closely with finance, operations, and asset management teams, contributing to data-driven decision-making and supporting the group’s growth ambitions.
• ****Key Responsibilities****
• Analyze financial and operational performance across the hotel portfolio
• Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards, and KPIs
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
• Provide insights on revenue performance, cost optimization, and profitability
• Partner with operations and asset management teams to identify performance improvement opportunities
• Contribute to investment analysis, feasibility studies, and new project evaluations
• Support pre-opening and integration of new assets
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in business analysis, finance, consulting, or asset management
• Experience within hospitality, real estate, or investment environments is highly preferred
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Srong academic background in finance, business, economics or relqted field from a recognized university or business school
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, AI or similar)
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail with a structured and rigorous approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
• Fluency in English is essential with proficiency in French a plus
