The Grill Chef prepares and cooks traditional Arabic grilled dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, and presentation.

The chef works with the kitchen team to deliver consistent dishes during regular and high-volume service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and grill kebabs, kofta, shish taouk, and assorted grilled meats.
- Marinate meats using authentic Arabic recipes and approved seasoning standards.
- Control grill temperatures and cooking times for proper doneness and consistency.
- Maintain a clean and organized grill station.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely order delivery.
- Handle high-volume service while maintaining food quality.
- Minimize food waste and store raw and cooked items properly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Grill Chef, preferably in Arabic or Middle Eastern cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of grilling techniques and meat preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Team player with good communication skills.
Compensation
- Job type is full-time.
- Pay is AED 2,000–AED 2,500 per month.
