Supervise and coordinate civil works on construction and fit-out projects.
Ensure work follows drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil and finishing works on site.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and required quality standards.
- Monitor site progress and schedule completion.
- Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and other trades.
- Check materials and ensure proper use and availability on site.
- Monitor workmanship and correct quality issues.
- Ensure site safety and housekeeping.
- Report daily progress, manpower, and site issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Civil Foreman or in a similar position.
- Experience in construction, fit-out, or renovation projects.
- Good knowledge of civil and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Experience supervising workers and subcontractors.
- Good understanding of construction materials, tools, and site procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- UAE or GCC experience is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
