Responsibilities
- Supervise daily fit-out and finishing works at project sites.
- Manage and allocate workers according to daily work requirements.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors, and other trades.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Monitor workmanship quality and maintain finishing standards.
- Follow up on gypsum board, partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, carpentry, joinery, and other interior works.
- Check the availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Report site progress, manpower and material requirements, and issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Ensure workers follow site safety rules and company procedures.
- Monitor productivity and coordinate work sequences to meet timelines and avoid delays or conflicts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and support inspections, snagging, handover, and defect rectification.
Requirements
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Foreman in fit-out or interior construction projects.
- Have strong knowledge of interior fit-out and finishing works.
- Have experience supervising workers and subcontractors.
- Be able to read and understand basic construction or fit-out drawings.
- Have good knowledge of site safety and quality requirements.
- Have strong leadership and communication skills.
- Be able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- UAE or GCC project experience is preferred.
- A relevant technical qualification or trade background is advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,500 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person at project sites.
