- Manage and oversee the daily operations of tomato greenhouses.
- Monitor and manage:
• Irrigation & Fertigation Systems
- EC / pH / Drain Management
- Implement and supervise Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs.
- Supervise greenhouse labor and daily operational activities.
- Monitor crop quality and continuously improve productivity and yield.
- Identify operational or crop-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with greenhouse operational standards and production targets.
