Requirements
- Strong experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
- Solid understanding of information security and data protection principles
- Proven ability to work cross functionally with technical, business, and leadership stakeholders
- Advanced analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business, Law, or related field
- Professional proficiency in English
- Relevant professional certifications (CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor) are a plus
- Arabic language skills are an advantage

Role Description
- The GRC Senior Specialist is a full time, on site role based in Riyadh.
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining governance, risk, and compliance frameworks supporting digital transformation and AI adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess risks, develop policies and procedures, perform compliance reviews, and monitor adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to integrate GRC requirements into projects.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership, support audits and remediation plans.
- Continuously improve controls, stay current with regulations, and contribute to training and awareness initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), including designing frameworks, performing risk assessments, and managing controls.
- Solid understanding of information security and data protection principles, familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, privacy regulations.
- Proven ability to work cross functionally with technical, business, and leadership stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Experience in consulting or organizations undergoing digital transformation, AI adoption, or cloud migration is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business, Law, or related field; relevant certifications (CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor) are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
