SOLGulf is hiring a GRC Senior Specialist to develop and implement an integrated IT governance, risk, and compliance framework in Riyadh. The role involves building policies, managing audits, assessing risks, and liaising between IT and other departments.

Responsibilities
- Build, update, and develop all IT policies and procedures to ensure coverage of all current gaps.
- Review and update the RACI Matrix to ensure clarity of roles in IT projects and operations.
- Apply global governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT 2019 or ITIL) in line with organizational objectives.
- Ensure IT department compliance with national regulations (e.g., NCA, SDAIA) and internal regulations.
- Act as the main point of contact with internal and external auditors, prepare responses to audit observations, and follow up on closure.
- Conduct periodic self assessments to ensure no operational or control gaps.
- Identify, assess, and monitor IT related risks and develop response and treatment plans.
- Create and maintain the IT Risk Register and update it periodically.
- Act as the official liaison officer between IT and other institutional departments (e.g., enterprise risk, compliance, internal audit).
- Translate operational requirements of other departments into technical controls and policies, and vice versa.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, or related field
- 5 7 years of practical experience in IT governance, compliance, and risk management (GRC)
- Deep understanding of governance and risk management frameworks (COBIT, ISO 31000, ISO 27001)
- Exceptional skills in writing and drafting policies and procedures in a clear and applicable manner
- Very high communication and negotiation skills to act as a liaison with various management levels
- Analytical mindset capable of identifying problems and root causes and designing solutions

General Objective

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 5 7 years of practical experience in IT governance, compliance, and risk management (GRC).
Skills and Abilities
- Deep understanding of governance and risk management frameworks (COBIT, ISO 31000, ISO 27001).
