Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Business Development Executive role based in Riyadh.
  • The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of leads, and support the development of strategic proposals for digital transformation, AI, and cloud consulting services.
  • The role includes conducting market research, engaging prospective clients through meetings and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to design solutions that address client needs.
  • Day to day responsibilities involve managing key accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, tracking sales activities, and preparing regular reports on business development performance.
  • The position requires close coordination with delivery and consulting teams to ensure smooth handover from opportunity to execution and support long term client growth.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication skills
  • Experience in B2B technology, consulting, or digital transformation sales, preferably within the GCC region
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Professional proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial
