Position Purpose
The incumbent provides graphics design and admin support to the I+E BD/Proposals team, producing high-quality, brand-compliant visuals and documents for the preparation and submission of prequalification's, EOIs, and tenders across the Middle East.
The role supports end-to-end bid production, coordinating inputs, formatting, document control, and final compilation; ensuring submissions are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time.
In addition, the incumbent supports marketing and business development activities by creating and maintaining capability materials (CVs, project sheets, brochures, presentations, and bid libraries), helping keep content current and market-ready.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Work on prequalification s, expression of interest for the relevant clients as assigned by the Line Manager.
- Support in coordinating tender proposals and bids together with the Proposal Coordinator / Proposal Manager / Opportunity Manager.
- Refine and produce a presentation for marketing documents of high quality that shows a high level of visual creativity.
- Organize and manage the library of relevant bid information.
- Maintain documentation and filing system of the prequalification, expression of interest, and tender bids.
