Role Overview

  • We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer / Multimedia Specialist to join our Marketing team.
  • This is a hands on, high output role: you'll take creative briefs and turn them into finished, on brand assets across print, digital, social, and video working across a multi brand portfolio, each with its own distinct visual identity and brand guidelines.
  • You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and wider marketing team, and should be comfortable managing several brand workstreams and deadlines at once.

What You'll Be Doing

  • You'll support marketing across a diverse group of brands, including a leading real estate consultancy, an interiors and fit out brand, a retail/collectibles brand, and several technology and engineering services brands.
  • The work spans everyday social content through to major event campaigns, brand launches, and executive facing materials, so no two weeks look the same.

Responsibilities

  • Design creative assets for social media, digital campaigns, email marketing, presentations, and print collateral across multiple brands.
  • Maintain and apply each brand's guidelines precisely and consistently from colour palette and typography to layout and imagery rules across every touchpoint.
  • Produce multimedia content including video edits, motion graphics, reels, and short form video for social and event use.
  • Support event marketing end to end: pre event invite graphics and promotional assets, on site signage and banners, and post event recap content.
  • Translate briefs from the Marketing Manager and brand stakeholders into polished, ready to publish assets within agreed turnaround times.
  • Design presentation decks, brochures, and pitch materials for business development and leadership use.
  • Manage multiple concurrent design requests across different brand accounts, prioritizing effectively under deadline pressure.
  • Build and maintain a well organized, shared library of design assets, templates, logos, and brand files.
  • Stay current with design and content trends relevant to real estate, corporate, and social first marketing, and bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Flag brand guideline conflicts or unclear briefs proactively, rather than guessing or improvising off brand solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–4+ years of experience in graphic design and/or multimedia production, ideally within an agency or in house marketing team.
  • Proven experience managing design work across multiple brands or client accounts simultaneously.
  • Real estate industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Agency background, or agency style fast turnaround in house experience, preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects) and/or Canva.
  • Solid understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color theory, with the discipline to work within strict brand guideline systems.
  • Video editing and basic motion graphics skills comfortable producing short form and reel style content from raw footage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to take direction from multiple stakeholders without losing brand consistency.
  • Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to self prioritize across competing deadlines.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating brand, social media, and multimedia work real estate or multi brand experience is a strong plus.

Nice To Have

  • Experience designing for real estate, property, or professional services brands.
  • Familiarity with website platforms (e.g., Wix Studio) for basic visual asset integration or edits.
  • Photography or on site event content capture experience.
  • Arabic language design sensitivity, including working with Arabic typography.
  • Basic understanding of paid social ad specs and formats (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
