- Assist in the design and production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, presentations, and website assets
- Ensure all designs adhere to the company's brand guidelines and maintain consistency in visual style across all channels
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the design and marketing teams, contributing creative ideas and concepts
- Help design digital assets for websites, email campaigns, social media, and online advertising
- Support the creation of print ready files for materials such as posters, packaging, and promotional items
- Work closely with the design team, marketing, and product teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Organize and maintain design files, ensuring that assets are easily accessible for future use
- Retouch and edit photos for use in marketing materials and presentations
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices, providing insights that can enhance the company’s creative output
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
