Conceptualize and Design
- Develop ideas and creative concepts for the communications team.
- Design advertisements, posters, branding, presentations, emailers, newsletters, brochures, flyers, invitations, greeting cards, digital content, social media posts, outdoor advertisements, event materials, and other collateral.
- Create short videos and motion graphics for digital media and television screens.
Lead and Collaborate
- Own projects from the initial brief through concept development, design, and final output.
- Work closely with corporate teams to understand creative requirements.
- Present ideas, manage expectations, and coordinate with project stakeholders.
Designer Function and Responsibility
- Create quality materials aligned with company standards of excellence.
- Deliver work within tight deadlines and quick turnaround times.
- Support printing, production, and vendor management.
- Maintain artwork files, logos, photos, and videos.
- Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
