Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and analysis of electrical circuits and power systems using industry standard software and tools
- Conduct electrical calculations and simulations to ensure compliance with UAE electrical codes and international standards
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, drawings, and reports for electrical projects
- Support the installation, commissioning, and testing of electrical equipment and systems
- Analyse electrical system performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions
- Maintain accurate project records and ensure all work adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Participate in site inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications
- Contribute to the development of electrical maintenance schedules and procedures
- Support the preparation of project proposals and technical specifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering discipline
- UAE National status (mandatory requirement)
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuit theory and power systems
- Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or MATLAB
- Solid understanding of electrical safety standards and UAE electrical regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in technical work
- 0–2 years of practical experience in electrical engineering or related field
- Familiarity with renewable energy systems and sustainable electrical solutions
- Knowledge of power distribution and electrical installation practices
