Following a successful launch of our new Riyadh office in 2023, Cundall’s Riyadh office has rapidly grown into a thriving, award-winning company for multidisciplinary design and consultancy in Saudi Arabia delivering some of the Kingdom’s most high-profile and complex projects.

Our presence in KSA builds on over 15 years of project experience in the country, underpinned by strong relationships with both public and private sector clients.

The Riyadh office plays a pivotal role in Cundall’s EMENA network, working in close collaboration with our teams across the UAE, Qatar, and globally.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team in Riyadh to work on the design of some of the most exciting construction design projects in the middle east and worldwide.

Working closely with colleagues across our multi-disciplinary practice, you will provide specialist consultancy input on projects across a wide range of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Critical Systems and Retail.

Under the guidance of our team of expert engineers this wide-ranging role will require you to carry out detailed civil and structural engineering design and analysis, defining and translating clients’ needs into designs for buildings, infrastructure, facilities and services with sustainability at the forefront of the design. You will have the opportunity over time to assume greater levels of responsibility and autonomy as your professional skills develop, and with accredited professional development programmes from the ICE and IStructE you will be supported towards Chartership

The Skills

Accredited with a MEng degree level (or equivalent) in Civil or Structural Engineering, You have a real interest in Civil and or Structural Engineering design and analysis for the built environment, and crucially - have a passion for creative and intuitive design as well as a thirst for personal development and career progression. You have a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, are able to manage your own time to meet deadlines and you have an appreciation of the commercial factors which affect design solutions.

Given the collaborative and client focused nature of this role, excellent communication skills and experience of using your initiative to overcome challenges are essential.
