Responsibilities
- Lead civil and infrastructure design for projects across KSA, UAE, and internationally
- Contribute to technically excellent, commercially successful projects
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated design solutions
- Manage multiple large scale projects and guide less experienced engineers
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering (MEng or BEng)
- Chartered or working towards chartership with Institution of Civil Engineers (CEng or equivalent)
- Proven experience in civil and infrastructure engineering within a consultancy environment
- Experience in grading and earthworks, wet utilities, utility coordination, and integration of infrastructure with building projects
- Proficiency in industry standard digital engineering and infrastructure design tools
- Experience delivering infrastructure projects in the Middle East (highly desirable)
- Understanding of local authority approval processes
- Ability to manage multiple large scale projects and mentor less experienced engineers

The Role
- This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Dubai office and take a key role in shaping our growing Civil Engineering and Infrastructure capability.
- You will be part of a team delivering some of the most prestigious and complex projects across KSA, UAE and internationally.
- You will contribute to the delivery of technically excellent, commercially successful projects.
- Your focus will be on infrastructure within the built environment, spanning a wide range of civil engineering projects.
- You will be given the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and leadership, with full support towards achieving Chartership.
The Skills
- Educated to degree level in Civil Engineering (MEng or BEng), and either chartered or working towards chartership with the Institution of Civil Engineers (CEng or equivalent).
- Proven experience in civil and infrastructure engineering within a consultancy environment.
- Experience across a range of civil infrastructure disciplines: grading and earthworks, wet utilities, utility coordination, and integration of infrastructure with building projects.
- Sound understanding of integrated infrastructure design principles.
- Proficient in industry standard digital engineering and infrastructure design tools.
- Experience delivering infrastructure projects within the Middle East is highly desirable.
- Involvement across all stages of development from Concept to Detailed Design and Construction.
- Good understanding of local authority approval processes.
- Strong technical knowledge with proven managerial ability.
- Capable of managing multiple large scale projects while guiding and mentoring less experienced engineers.
