We are seeking a Government Sales Assistant Manager to drive business development with existing and potential customers in the UAE. The role involves managing corporate and government accounts, facilitating sales activities, and achieving revenue targets.

- Manage existing domestic accounts (corporate and government) and identify new accounts across the UAE
- Facilitate indoor and outdoor sales activities and external client meetings
- Organize and assist with corporate and government fam trips and visits
- Implement strategy for responsible industry or sector
- Formulate sales reports using CRM system
- Identify new business partners for the company
- Implement tasks set by the Sales Director/Manager within the team
- Generate and track all opportunities using CRM system
- Manage and close confirming opportunities with respective departments
- Formulate and implement action plans and strategy for assigned segment to ensure revenue growth
- Communicate all sales campaigns to relevant customers and obtain proof of commitment
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the Sales Director/Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree / diploma
- UAE National
- Minimum 1 2 years of work experience in customer service, sales, or government relations
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Full driving license
- Fluency in Arabic and English (desirable)
- 1 2+ years of proven sales work experience in entertainment, hotels, or hospitality (desirable)

Job Overview
- This position is responsible for the business development with existing and potential customers to achieve sales target and market share.
- Identify, manage and secure existing and new accounts and continue to maintain a high level of sales achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive Sales Role focused on managing existing domestic accounts (corporate and government) while identifying and securing new accounts across the UAE.
- Facilitating indoor and outdoor sales activities, as well as external client meetings.
- Organize and assist with corporate and government fam trips and visits.
- Implement strategy for responsible industry or sector.
- Formulate sales reports using CRM system.
- Help in Identifying new business partners for the company.
- Implement tasks set by the Sales Director/ Manager within the team.
- Generate and track all opportunities using CRM system.
- Manage and close the confirming opportunities with the respected departments (Contact Center, Finance, Operations, etc.)
- Formulate and Implement set of action plans and strategy for the assigned segment to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
- Communicate all sales campaigns to relevant customers and obtain proof of commitment.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for the Sales Director/ Manager through consolidated and analyzed action summaries, as well as sales tracking reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / diploma
- UAE National
- Minimum 1 2 years of work experience in a relevant field (customer service, sales, government relations).
- The ability and desire to sell (Proactive Sales)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good level of numeracy
- Full driving license
- 1 2+ years of proven sales work experience in/or within the entertainment industry, hotels & hospitality (Desirable)
- Fluency in Arabic and English (Desirable)
