span>Key Accountabilitiesspan> br> ul> li> span>Liaising

government works with Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD),

General Organization of Social Insurance (GOSI), Absher, QIWA, Mudad,

Muqeem, Immigration department, Police department, Ministry of Investment

of Saudi Arabia (MISA), Chamber of Commerce, Municipality, Civil Court,

Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Embassies, Ministry of Justice, Special

Economic Zone Authorities, Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) and

all other authorities br> li> span>Obtaining up to

date, accurate information regarding processes and prices for both licenses

and visa applications and issuance br> li> span>Assist staff

with completing research for business activities, external approvals, and

other requirements br> li> span>Assist in completing all government-related

applications, registrations, renewals, lodgments, and amendments for Creation

Group and its clients from Creation officespan> br> li> span>Supporting

clients with completion of iqama, passports,

and other paperwork br> li> span>Assist HR

department with Ministry of Human Resources tasks br> li> span>Manage the legal

cases, coordinate, work with and report to management and HR department on

case status br> li> span>Accountable for

keeping the Company and its clients legally with all relevant authorities br> li> span>Assist with all

GRO related and compliance formalities and tasks for Creation Group br> li> span>Complete and

update all Finance expenses and Operations projects as per Standard Operating

Processes (SOP) br> p> b> span>Key Responsibilities br> ul> li> span>Develop and

sustain valuable relationships between CBC, clients, stakeholders, and all

government departments br> li> span>Liaising with

colleagues and clients for government appointments br> li> span>Identifies and

ensures all expiry reminders for licenses, visas, passports, compliance

lodgments etc. are entered into CRM accurately br> li> span>Responsible for processing and submitting

visa applications, ensuring accurate documentation for KSA employment,

renewal/transfer, visit, tourist, and business travel visas br> li> span>Complete the attestation

for Creation Group and its clientsu2019 documents as required br> li> span>Accurate

preparation of documents according to the requirement of the legal

authorities br> li> span>Always maintain

confidentiality and security of company and client documents br> li> span>Provide

continuous updates on new rules in the governmental departments br> li> span>Assist clients

with banking facilities and ensure adequate support is provided in opening

accounts br> br> span> Requirements p> b> span>Experience and education br> ul> li> span>Excellent spoken

and written English br> li> span>Degree qualified

in business administration, compliance, or relevant field br> li> span>Minimum 5-7 yearsu2019

experience in government relations br> li> span>3+ years working

in corporate services or professional services in KSA br> li> span>Knowledge and

experience of the governmental portal system br> li> span>Proven

operational, project management and customer support record for 3+ years br> li> span>Computer

literacy is essential br> li> span>Saudi

Arabia and wider GCC market knowledge br> br>
