Job Summary
Lead end-to-end consulting services for client data center portfolios, including capacity forecasting, site selection, and expansion strategies.
Optimize data center designs for power efficiency and sustainability while directing cross-functional teams on multi-year execution roadmaps.
Combine technical expertise and business acumen to help clients improve data center strategy and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own consulting engagements from ideation to delivery across strategy, operational transformation, and digital change management.
- Evaluate liquid cooling, 800G networking, and modular data center designs for AI and GPU workloads.
- Develop CapEx/OpEx models, ROI analyses, and vendor RFPs with client finance, operations, and engineering teams.
- Oversee PUE reduction, renewable energy integration, and compliance with global carbon regulations.
- Manage strategic consultants and analysts and mentor them on data center best practices.
- Assess supply chain, geopolitical, and resilience risks and recommend multi-region redundancy strategies.
- Present technical roadmaps and business impacts, including TCO savings and uptime guarantees, to executive leadership and boards.
- Hire, train, coach, and develop consultants and build high-performing teams.
- Contribute to knowledge assets and white papers and represent the practice at industry events and bodies.
