MBA from Tier-1 B-Schools

Or a postgraduate degree with rich experience of working in a Life Sciences patient services consulting space

Hands-on involvement in at least one full-cycle Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud or Health Cloud CRM implementation, from requirement gathering through go-live

2-4 years of patient services CRM consulting experience; at least 2 years of experience in Life Sciences Industry is mandatory

Life Sciences Multi-Channel Commercial, Customer Engagement or Patient Services experience is preferable

Must have experience working in 3-5 below-mentioned areas:
