Responsibilities
- Manage property inquiries from international clients across multiple regions
- Conduct professional viewings, virtual tours, and investment consultations
- Promote off plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
- Build and maintain a global portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Provide expert advisory on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends
- Assist clients with relocation needs, lifestyle guidance, and community insights
- Negotiate offers and close transactions with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain CRM records and follow company sales processes
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with cultural understanding and global professionalism
Requirements
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
- Experience in real estate sales or international client facing roles preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target driven
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
