Job Description

  • Eaton's Global Data Center Segment focuses on helping data centers realize business benefits while optimizing operations for the future.
  • The role is a globally focused leadership position within the Post Order CoE, accountable for driving consistent execution and customer outcomes across hyperscale data center accounts.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the global post order CoE operational lead for assigned hyperscale strategic accounts.
  • Ensure Eaton delivers as One Global Organization with consistent execution models and customer experience worldwide.
  • Serve as the primary operations interface between Eaton and hyperscale customers after contract award.
  • Drive adoption of standardized global execution models, operating rhythms, and governance frameworks.
  • Lead cross regional operating reviews focused on schedule, quality, risk, cost, and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish performance visibility through dashboards, metrics, and structured reporting.
  • Proactively identify delivery, capacity, quality, and schedule risks across global deployments.
  • Lead structured mitigation plans and escalations in partnership with regional and functional leaders.
  • Coordinate execution across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Management, Quality, Services, and regional delivery teams.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance execution efficiency, predictability, and scalability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in operations, strategic accounts, program management, or complex project execution.

Skills

  • Experience in data centers, mission critical infrastructure, power systems, or large scale capital projects.
  • Familiarity with global framework agreements, long cycle projects, and multi region execution models.
  • Experience working across EMEA, with exposure to Americas and APAC operations.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or structured continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with agile, hybrid, or ProLaunch style methodologies.
