- Lead and grow a corporate banking portfolio focused on contracting, infrastructure, utilities, and energy related sectors.
- Drive business development, client acquisition, and relationship deepening across large corporate clients.
- Manage and develop senior Relationship Managers and coverage teams.
- Oversee credit quality, portfolio performance, and risk governance in coordination with credit and risk functions.
- Work closely with product partners across Trade Finance, Cash Management, Treasury, and Structured Finance.
- Develop and execute divisional strategy across UAE and selected international markets.
- Act as a senior representative of the bank in key client and industry forums.

About the Role
- We are partnering with a leading UAE banking institution on a rare and high profile opportunity for a UAE National senior banking leader to join as Head of Contracting Finance within Corporate & Investment Banking.
- This is a flagship leadership role with responsibility for building and leading a key corporate banking division focused on large scale contracting, infrastructure, and related strategic sectors, with regional and international exposure.
