- Expand On Demand Solution (ODS) sales, partnerships, and customer base globally
- Act as primary link between external customers and internal product line, processes, and business requirements
- Sell to or through ODS accounts, partners, and distributors; may include channel sales support and development
- Handle products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and adaptation to client conditions
- Manage complex sales processes involving many stakeholders both client side and internally
- Coordinate sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance, etc.
- Handle important business unit clients and medium large sales
- Handle big or challenging markets or multi country
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Drilling & Completions Fluids products and services
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of Drilling Completions Fluids Market and business drivers
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
- Knowledge and experience managing the sales cycle
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs

Job Description
- As the Global On Demand Solutions Drilling Completions Fluids (DCF) Sales Leader, you will be responsible for expanding ODS Sales, partnerships and customer base globally.
- This is a customer facing role that includes direct sales, alternative business models, channels and other On Demand Solution revenue streams.
As the Global DCF ODS Sales Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Selling to or through On Demand Solutions (ODS) accounts, partners and distributors.
- Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge.
- Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders.
- Coordinating sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc.
- Handling important business unit clients and medium large sales.
- Handling big or challenging markets or multi country.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Drilling & Completions Fluids products and services.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
