Overview
- As the Global On Demand Solutions Drilling Completions Fluids (DCF) Sales Leader, you will be responsible for expanding On Demand Solution (ODS) Sales, partnerships and customer base globally.
- This is a customer facing role that includes direct sales, alternative business models, channels and other On Demand Solution revenue streams.
Responsibilities
- Selling to or through On Demand Solutions (ODS) accounts, partners and distributors. May include channel sales support and channel development duties.
- Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
- Manage complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
- Handles important business unit clients
- Coordinates sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc.
- Handles big or challenging markets or multi country
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Drilling & Completions Fluids products and services
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Drilling Completions Fluids Market and business drivers
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
