Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years at Staff or Senior PM level in a high growth tech company
- Proven track record of launching new, complex products, ideally in fintech, financial services, or data rich environments
- Experience building products handling sensitive data with rigorous security, compliance, and access control requirements
- Strong technical acumen to collaborate on system design, data pipelines, and architecture
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions and levels
- Proven ability to act with clarity and conviction in ambiguous, fast paced environments
- Sharp product sense and high quality standard
- Experience in mortgage or regulated financial services (nice to have)
- Knowledge of lending technology, origination platforms, or financial data infrastructure (nice to have)
- Exposure to platform or API product development in an enterprise SaaS context (nice to have)
- Experience with go to market strategies for complex financial products (nice to have)

About the Role
- We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the 0→1 development of one of nesto's most strategic bets.
- You will be responsible for the vision, roadmap, and execution of a new financial product, defining what we build and collaborating closely with engineering, design, data, and go to market teams to bring it to life.
- This is a senior and highly cross functional role — you will work across product pillars and partner teams to build something that significantly expands what nesto can offer Canadians.
What You Will Do
- Own the product vision — Define and execute end to end product strategy for a new product, from concept to launch and scale. Translate opportunity into a clear roadmap and ensure alignment across the organization.
- Lead 0→1 development — Navigate the entire new product development journey: deep customer and market discovery, scoping, prioritization, iterative building, and go to market preparation. Make decisive choices in the face of uncertainty.
- Cross functional leadership — Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, risk, compliance, and go to market teams to ensure every workstream is aligned. Be the connective tissue between teams.
- Business acumen — Work with go to market teams and leadership to translate new capabilities into positioning, sales tools, and customer messaging. Understand how the product creates business value, not just user value.
- Define success — Establish the right metrics for product health, adoption, and impact. Use data to drive iteration and build feedback loops that keep the team focused on what matters.
- Stakeholder influence — Communicate clearly and persuasively with stakeholders at all levels — from engineers deep in implementation to executives making strategic bets. Bring clarity to complexity.
Who We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years at Staff or Senior PM level in a high growth tech company.
- Proven track record of owning and successfully launching new, complex products, ideally in fintech, financial services, or data rich environments.
- Experience building products handling sensitive data with rigorous security, compliance, and access control requirements.

Pay Range
- 110,000 150,000 CAD per year (Toronto)
