- Lead 0 to 1 development – navigate the full journey: deep customer and market discovery, scoping, prioritization, iterative building, and go to market preparation
- Cross functional leadership – collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, risk, compliance, and go to market teams
- Commercial acumen – work with go to market teams and leadership to translate new capabilities into positioning, sales tools, and customer narratives
- Define success – establish the right metrics for product health, adoption, and impact; use data to drive iteration
- Stakeholder influence – communicate clearly and persuasively with stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to executives
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years at Staff or Senior PM level in a high growth tech company
- Demonstrated track record of owning and successfully launching new, complex products, ideally in fintech, financial services, or data rich environments
- Experience building products handling sensitive data with rigorous security, compliance, and access control requirements
- Strong technical sense – ability to collaborate deeply with engineering on system design, data pipelines, and architecture
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions and levels
- Proven ability to act with clarity and conviction in ambiguous, fast moving environments
- Sharp product sense and high quality standard – cares about details while keeping the big picture

About the Role
- We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the 0 to 1 development of one of nesto's most strategic bets.
- You will be responsible for the vision, roadmap, and execution of a new financial product, defining what we build and collaborating closely with engineering, design, data, and go to market teams.
- This is a senior, highly cross functional role – you will work across product pillars and partner teams to build something that significantly expands what nesto can offer Canadians.
What you will do
