Engagement Leadership

• Develop tailored solutions, lead engagements, and serve as the primary contact for clients, senior leaders, project sponsors, and Hatch stakeholders.
• Lead engagements end to end to generate measurable benefits such as cost savings and improved key performance indicators.
• Manage and lead specialists within engagements.
• Deliver projects on schedule and budget while providing quality assurance.

Value Creation and Problem Solving

• Supervise and participate in the team's value creation process.
• Structure problems and define workstreams to generate results.
• Guide clients proactively through problem structuring and resolution.
• Anticipate barriers to successful analysis and help the team overcome them.

Client and Business Development

• Build a scalable client network and establish effective relationships with new clients.
• Engage key client stakeholders proactively to update and manage expectations.
• Identify opportunities to develop new solutions and services.

Team and Practice Leadership

• Coach and develop team members and invest time in their growth.
• Coordinate resources and take responsibility for engagement outcomes.
• Champion inclusion and diversity.
• Participate in risk assessment, project management, startup planning, workshops, assessments, business philosophy, and operating strategy development.

What You Bring

• At least eight years of management consulting or relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, finance, or an equivalent qualification.
• A graduate degree such as an MBA or doctorate is an asset.
• Proven experience in mining and metals, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong functional knowledge in one or more listed strategy, transformation, supply chain, asset, organizational effectiveness, or risk areas.
• Experience managing and delivering large-scale operational engagements.
• Comfort with ambiguity, value creation, client relationship management, business development, and team leadership.
