The role supports Toronto Pearson’s Long-term Investment in Facilities and Terminals program, a major airport infrastructure investment.
Hatch is part of the Owner’s Representative team delivering the program with the Greater Toronto Airports Authority.
About the Role
The Program Reporting Analyst supports planning, monitoring, and reporting for the LIFT program.
The role collects, manages, analyzes, and reports program performance data across multiple workstreams.
The analyst transforms complex project information into insights for program leadership and stakeholders.
Workplace
- The role works directly at the GTAA project site and requires onsite work at Toronto Pearson Airport.
- The position collaborates with client representatives, program leadership, project controls, project management, scheduling, cost, and risk teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, organize, and maintain performance data from multiple sources.
- Develop executive and operational dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Analyze schedule, cost, risk, scope, and overall program performance.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports.
- Monitor KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support reporting standards, templates, data governance, and data quality improvements.
- Support Earned Value Management analysis and reporting.
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in engineering, analytics, data science, business analytics, statistics, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of related experience in project controls, program analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or major capital projects.
- Expertise in data collection, management, analysis, and reporting.
- Advanced Power BI, reporting, visualization, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Ability to work onsite at Toronto Pearson Airport and build relationships with client and project teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure, transportation, aviation, engineering, construction, or capital programs.
- Understanding of schedule, cost, risk, and scope management within program controls.
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management and integrated project environments.
- Knowledge of Progressive Design-Build or CMAR project delivery models.
Compensation
- The expected salary range is $95,000 to $120,000 depending on experience.
- Additional rewards may include performance-based incentives, benefits, and other employee programs.
