Responsibilities
- Own the technical support and administration of the SS&C Advent Geneva platform
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for business stakeholders and provide Tier 3 application support
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions and system configurations
- Build, maintain and troubleshoot data integrations and ETL processes feeding financial data into Geneva
- Diagnose and resolve complex application, database and integration issues affecting platform performance
- Configure and customise Geneva components, including loaders, macros and integration mappings
- Support software upgrades, patches, hotfixes and environment releases in collaboration with infrastructure teams
- Ensure high platform availability, system integrity and operational stability
Requirements
- 6–10 years of hands on experience with SS&C Advent Geneva
- Strong knowledge of SQL, including complex queries, troubleshooting and performance optimisation
- Experience supporting Linux/Unix based environments
- Hands on experience with Geneva customisation, integrations and application support
- Strong understanding of investment operations, including portfolio accounting, trade lifecycle, corporate actions and general ledger concepts
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders

Role Overview
