TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: As per terms and conditions set forth in the contract between Reading School District Local #155, Pennsylvania Joint Board United and the Reading School District.

EVALUATION: Performance will be evaluated annually in accordance with the provisions of Board policies governing non-certificated employees.
