Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Provide initial evaluation, treatment, and follow up care for orthopedic patients
- Support orthopedic consultants in outpatient clinics, inpatient care, and procedural services
- Interpret diagnostic investigations, including laboratory and imaging results
- Develop and implement evidence based treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment options, rehabilitation, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental activities
Requirements
- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) recognized by relevant authorities
- Valid DOH License/Eligibility as a General Practitioner
- Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical experience, preferably within Orthopedics or Musculoskeletal Medicine
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced healthcare environment
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
