- Lead and manage high performing teams across automotive, engineering, manufacturing, renewable energy, and other technical disciplines
- Build and maintain industry partnerships to enhance training and project services

- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience
- Proven P&L ownership and operational management expertise
- Strong commercial acumen and business development experience
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills
- Experience in Technical or Vocational Education and/or Technical Training is highly preferred
