- Lead and manage the technical function for Interior Design and Finishes across multiple projects
- Oversee full design development process from concept through execution
- Ensure all ID drawings, specifications, and materials comply with requirements
- Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize costs while maintaining design quality
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Manage and secure approvals from authorities
- Review and approve mock ups, material submissions, and finishing samples
- Monitor ID and finishes works for compliance with safety and quality standards
- Guide project teams on best practices in high end finishes and detailing
- Support commercial teams with cost inputs and material selections
- Ensure completion of technical documentation, certifications, and project close out
- Lead, mentor, and develop technical teams

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the technical function for Interior Design and Finishes across multiple projects
- Oversee the full design development process from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with project requirements and client vision
- Ensure all ID drawings, specifications, and materials comply with Employer’s Requirements, brand standards, and overall project objectives
- Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize costs while maintaining design quality and intent
- Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of design and execution
- Manage and secure approvals from authorities including DM, DEWA, and Civil defence, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Review and approve mock ups, material submissions, and finishing samples to maintain consistent quality across projects
- Provide technical guidance and solutions for complex design and construction challenges
- Monitor all ID and finishes works to ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and company procedures
- Guide project teams on best practices in high end finishes, detailing, and execution methodologies
- Support commercial teams with cost inputs, material selections, and alternative design solutions
- Ensure completion of all technical documentation, certifications, warranties, and project close out deliverables
