- Take ownership of the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, cost control, and profitability
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement strategies to maximize revenue and improve overall business performance
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations
- Oversee inventory management, purchasing, supplier relationships, and stock control
- Work closely with senior leadership to support local marketing initiatives, partnerships, and business development opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager within a high end Asian restaurant
- Immediate joiners highly advantageous
- Strong track record managing luxury dining operations
- Excellent financial acumen with experience overseeing budgets, P&L performance, labor costs, and operational KPIs
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and developing high performing teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision making skills
- Commercially minded with ability to balance operational excellence and business performance

- Ensure all operational procedures and brand standards are consistently implemented.
- Commercial Performance: Take ownership of the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, cost control, and profitability.
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement strategies to maximize revenue and improve overall business performance.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency without compromising the guest experience.
- Compliance & Business Standards: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
- Oversee inventory management, purchasing, supplier relationships, and stock control.
- Maintain operational reports and support continuous improvements across the business.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager within a high end Asian restaurant.
