Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high performing restaurant team while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Drive employee engagement, training, and career development to build a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Creating a positive and guest focused working environment.
  • Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operation, ensuring consistently high standards of service, food quality, and presentation.
  • Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction by anticipating guest needs and resolving service challenges promptly.
  • Ensure all operational procedures and brand standards are consistently implemented.
  • Take ownership of the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, cost control, and profitability.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and implement strategies to maximize revenue and improve overall business performance.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency without compromising the guest experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
  • Oversee inventory management, purchasing, supplier relationships, and stock control.
  • Maintain operational reports and support continuous improvements across the business.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager within a high end Mediterranean restaurant.
  • Strong track record managing luxury dining operations.
  • Excellent financial acumen with experience overseeing budgets, P&L performance, labor costs, and operational KPIs.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and developing high performing teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision making skills.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to balance operational excellence and business performance.
  • Comfortable with a tentative September 2026 start date, understanding that the project timeline may be subject to change.
