- Manage and oversee the operations of the real estate division, ensuring smooth performance and business growth
- Handle high profile clients and luxury property transactions with professionalism and confidence
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue goals
- Recruit, train, and manage mid level and senior brokers to build a strong sales team
- Set, monitor, and manage team targets, ensuring consistent performance and productivity
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with UHNW clients, investors, and property owners
- Lead property presentations, viewings, negotiations, and deal closures
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s presence in the luxury real estate market
- Prepare sales strategies, market plans, and performance reports for management
- Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines, company policies, and ethical standards
- Represent the company at networking events, property exhibitions, and industry gatherings
- Maintain a premium, polished appearance suitable for high end client interactions
