Key Responsibilities

  • Assist higher management in the overall execution and delivery of construction projects
  • Prepare and review project plans, schedules, and specifications
  • Provide input on design improvements, cost saving measures, and construction challenges
  • Monitor project budgeting in coordination with estimators and prepare the general conditions budgets
  • Set up site offices and manage equipment and resource requirements
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams while leading construction activities
  • Expedite drawings, approvals, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor construction progress and update schedules every week
  • Identify and communicate design discrepancies or issues to stakeholders
  • Lead site meetings and resolve project related concerns with all related stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Track inspections, testing, and approvals from authorities
