- Assist higher management in the overall execution and delivery of construction projects
- Prepare and review project plans, schedules, and specifications
- Provide input on design improvements, cost saving measures, and construction challenges
- Monitor project budgeting in coordination with estimators and prepare general conditions budgets
- Set up site offices and manage equipment and resource requirements
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams while leading construction activities
- Expedite drawings, approvals, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor construction progress and update schedules every week
- Identify and communicate design discrepancies or issues to stakeholders
- Lead site meetings and resolve project related concerns with all related stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Track inspections, testing, and approvals from authorities
