Job Purpose
- Accountable for successful implementation of landscape designs meeting aesthetic, functional, and environmental objectives.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule, adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Roles, Responsibilities, Duties
- Conducting site analysis and surveys to understand topography, soil conditions, and environmental factors.
- Develop comprehensive plans for landscape maintenance projects.
- Execute and manage implementation of landscape maintenance projects.
- Creating detailed landscape plans including hardscape and softscape elements.
- Design, install, and maintain irrigation systems.
- Monitor and adjust irrigation schedules based on weather conditions.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality of landscape maintenance work.
- Integrating eco friendly and sustainable practices into landscape designs.
- Assist in development of project budgets.
- Monitor expenditures and recommend cost effective solutions.
- Staying updated on industry trends and regulations.
Education & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or High School Certificate or Diploma in landscape, agriculture, civil engineering, or a related field.
