About the Role
Basatin Landscaping SPLLC is seeking a Maintenance Project Engineer in Abu Dhabi. The role involves preparing project documentation, liaising with clients and suppliers, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with HSE and quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit all required project documentation of assigned activities prior to submission to the client, supplier, or in house other departments
- Liaise, co ordinate and follow up with other departments, suppliers for their activities and deliverables
- Liaise with client representatives during execution of the project for deliverables, follow ups
- Monitor and report to Project Manager the progress, short falls and critical issues of the project
- Interaction with project team members on day to day basis
- Bid and Estimation preparation: Prepare construction schedules, manpower and Equipment estimation, material requirement
- Review estimates and costs with General Manager and Operation Manager
- Implement and monitor Company Quality HSE & ISM Safety Management System to full Project team at all locations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering
- Min 5 7 years’ experience in relevant field
- Understanding of compliance and quality assurance guidelines and best practices
- Landscaping Industry experience
- Maintenance Experience

Job Role
- Prepare and submit to Project Manager for his approval, all required project documentation of assigned activities prior to submission to the client, supplier, or in house other departments.
- Liaise, co ordinate and follow up with other departments, suppliers for their activities and deliverables.
- Liaise with client representatives during execution of the project for deliverables, follow ups.
- Monitor and report to Project Manager, the progress, the short falls and the critical issues of the project.
- Interaction with project team members on day to day basis.
- Interaction with all relevant departments on requirement basis.
- Follow and implement the Department procedures, Company’s Quality/HSEM/ISM Procedures as applicable.
- Interacts with Operation Manager and other Department Managers and personnel at various levels frequently.
- Maintain healthy & safe environment at the workplace.
- Follow the rules and regulation according to the company policy.
- Bid and Estimation preparation: Prepare construction schedules, manpower and Equipment estimation, material requirement.
- Review estimates and costs with General Manager and Operation Manager.
Occupational and workplace Health and Safety responsibilities
- In addition to all job specific responsibilities, all employees are required to adhere to all Basatin health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, practices, and relevant legal and statutory health, safety and environmental requirements and obligations.
- All employees are personally responsible to familiarize themselves with these policies, procedures, practices, updates, etc.
- Khidmah HSE department regularly updates existing and introduce new policies, procedures, and practices and each employee is personally responsible to ensure they stay updated and compliant with all such updates and new additions.
Information Security responsibilities
- Comply with Basatin Information Security Policies
- Be aware of and fulfil their information security responsibilities
- Ensure whoever handles sensitive company information have taken the Security Awareness Training
- Know how to report a security incident (to IT ServiceDesk or InfoSec).
- Not Disable his/her OS firewall and/or Antivirus
- Restrict use to authorized purposes, Protect access accounts, privileges and associated passwords.
- Accept accountability of his/her individual user accounts, and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering.
- Min 5 7 years’ experience in relevant field
- Understanding of compliance and quality assurance guidelines and best practices.
