About the Role
Basatin Landscaping SPLLC is seeking a Project Engineer to review project documentation, coordinate with departments and consultants, monitor project progress, and ensure timely approvals.

Responsibilities
- Review, prepare and ensure the availability of all required project documentation of assigned activities prior to submission to client, supplier, or other departments.
- Liaise, co ordinate and follow up with other departments, suppliers for their activities and deliverables.
- Liaise with Engineer (consultant) during execution of the project for deliverables and follow ups.
- Monitor and report to the Construction Manager the progress, short falls, and critical issues of the project.
- Interaction with project team members on a day to day basis.
- Ensure the timely approval of the delivered Goods and works.
- Interaction with all relevant departments on a requirement basis.
- Follow and implement the Department procedures, Company’s Quality/HSEM/ISM Procedures as applicable.
- Interacts with Operation Manager and other Department Managers and personnel at various levels frequently.
- Maintain a healthy & safe environment at the workplace.
- Follow the rules and regulations according to the company policy.
- Prepare construction schedules, manpower and Equipment estimation, material requirement for the review of the Construction Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Irrigation, MEP, Electrical, or Agriculture)
- Min 4 years’ experience in relevant field
- Min 2 years’ experience in this position or min of 1 project completed in the same position
- Leadership and team coordination skills with the ability to manage diverse site teams effectively
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies, project execution, and engineering principles
- Excellent knowledge in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination and reporting
- Thorough understanding of HSE standards, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail

About this role

Occupational and workplace Health and Safety responsibilities
- All employees are required to adhere to all Basatin health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, practices, and relevant legal and statutory health, safety and environmental requirements and obligations.
- Each employee is personally responsible to familiarize themselves with these policies, procedures, practices, updates, etc.
Information Security responsibilities
- Comply with Basatin Information Security Policies
- Be aware of and fulfil their information security responsibilities
- Ensure whoever handles sensitive company information have taken the Security Awareness Training
- Know how to report a security incident (to IT ServiceDesk or InfoSec).
- Not Disable his/her OS firewall and/or Antivirus
- Restrict use to authorized purposes, Protect access accounts, privileges and associated passwords.
- Accept accountability of his/her individual user accounts, and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications
