Responsibilities
- Assist in daily departmental tasks and provide support across functions as needed.
- Observe and promptly report operational, procedural, or quality-related issues to supervisors.
- Follow all SOPs, safety, hygiene, quality standards including ISO 9001:2008, and company policies.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and according to departmental requirements.
- Maintain and update records, trackers, or logs as directed.
- Share relevant information between team members, supervisors, and other departments.
- Safely operate basic tools, machinery, or systems as instructed.
- Complete tasks within expected timelines and contribute to departmental efficiency.
- Work collaboratively and assist team members when required.
Education and Experience
- A Higher School Certificate is required.
- No prior work experience is required.
Skills
- Basic English communication.
- Basic mathematics.
- Basic PC skills.
- Ability to multitask.
