Responsibilities
- Identify gaps in standard ERP functionality and provide ERP processes or applications for internal and external customer needs.
- Analyze business processes and develop application requirements, workflow diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Design, test, and deploy solutions using development tools inside and outside the local network.
- Participate in special projects, monitor progress, resolve problems, publish progress reports, and recommend actions.
- Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures for consistent, compliant, and continuous operations.
- Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, networks, benchmarking, and professional societies.
- Train end users and technical staff on Orchestrator functionality and best practices.
Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech in computer science or an equivalent degree.
- Minimum six years of relevant experience with proven Oracle JD Edwards experience.
- Experience developing EnterpriseOne objects, maintaining applications, supporting users, and performing customizations.
- Experience with development lifecycle activities using BSFN, RDA, FDA, and BSSV design tools.
- Ability to understand business requirements, analyze issues, troubleshoot, and provide solutions.
- Minimum two to three end-to-end ERP implementation or upgrade projects.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong JDE development skills.
- Familiarity with current database, application, and tools releases.
- Familiarity with API standards, troubleshooting, and bug fixing.
- Knowledge of scripting, web services, and REST services.
- Additional programming language experience in Java, Groovy, or Python.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
