About the Role
Vortexen Dynamics Industrial Solutions is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting, financial reporting, project costing, and compliance for its Abu Dhabi operations.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting and financial transactions
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses and journal entries
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, tax invoices, credit notes and payment receipts
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up outstanding client payments
- Manage accounts payable and supplier payment schedules
- Prepare project wise income, cost, expense and profit reports
- Monitor material costs, manpower costs, subcontractor charges, logistics costs and project overheads
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes and payment certificates
- Reconcile bank accounts, petty cash, supplier accounts and client accounts
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow reports
- Monitor company expenses and ensure proper approvals and supporting documents
- Assist management with budgets, financial forecasts and revenue reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE
- Experience in a contracting, construction, technical services, industrial services or trading company is strongly preferred
- Good knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax requirements
- Practical experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation and project costing
- Strong knowledge of invoicing, payment follow up and financial reporting
- Experience using Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks, ERP or similar accounting software
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with different departments
- Ability to handle confidential company and financial information

- Job Summary: Vortexen Dynamics Industrial Solutions is looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to manage the day to day accounting, financial reporting, project costing, invoicing, collections and compliance activities of our Abu Dhabi operations.
Key Responsibilities
