Job Description

  • Plus UAE Group is looking for an experienced Business Setup Typist / Documentation Executive who has strong knowledge of UAE business setup documentation, government portals, applications, and updated rules and regulations.
  • The candidate must be able to handle typing, documentation, application submission, follow up, and coordination for business setup, PRO, immigration, labour, visa, licensing, and related corporate services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit business setup applications.
  • Handle trade license applications, renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
  • Prepare MOHRE, immigration, ICP, Emirates ID, medical, and visa related applications.
  • Handle company formation documentation for mainland, free zone, and branch companies.
  • Prepare documents for labour, immigration, establishment card, quota, work permits, and visa processing.
  • Coordinate with clients for required documents and application status updates.
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP / CRM systems.
  • Update application status and follow up details properly.
  • Stay updated with UAE government rules, regulations, procedures, and portal changes.
  • Coordinate with PRO, admin, sales, and operations teams.
  • Ensure all documents are prepared accurately before submission.

Required Experience

  • Business setup typing experience in UAE is mandatory.
  • Experience in UAE government portals and online applications.
  • Strong knowledge of updated UAE rules and regulations related to business setup, licensing, immigration, labour, visa, Emirates ID, and PRO services.
  • ERP / CRM experience is required.
  • Experience in corporate services, typing centre, business setup consultancy, or PRO services company is preferred.

Skills Required

  • Excellent computer and typing skills.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple applications and deadlines.
  • Good follow up and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE compliance and documentation requirements.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Professional attitude and willingness to learn updated procedures.

Compensation

  • Pay: AED 4,000 per month
